Essential quality can be added without fundamentally changing, but rather modestly altering the existing plan that proposes a commercial plinth with two towers on top of it. New values via soft means is the idea that is the key for our concept. In this pursuit two goals were of the essential importance: facilitation of the life transformation and establishment of the community.

Initially the project aimed at the “Golden Generation”, young people between 18 and 27 years old. Coming from well-doing families, able to afford a high standard living for their children, these young people range from the students to starting professionals. Even if the target group appeared as a clear case, we thought that the issue of targeting of the future residents was not fully explored.

Instead of as a target group, we saw the future residents as a collection of different life situations. There are students, singles, couples, young families, entrepreneurs. All those stages in life are a matter of circumstances and are especially unstable and changeable in this age. A single person easily establishes a relation, and a young family situation is not too far from that. Also, a bright student could suddenly find one of his ideas promising enough to start a small company. The architectural concept, namely the floor plan that facilitates such transformations of life patterns would enlarge the target group of the project and make it far more resilient. A unique selling point for the development.

Another undiscovered potential lied in the establishment of a strong sense of community in the project. The common denominator of the future residence was that they all were well educated and driven by relatively high ambitions in life. we were convinced that their intelligence should not be kept locked in their private properties. On contrary, they should meet each other, establish a genuine community and fertilize their creative capacities. Therefore our proposal provides places and facilities that would enable the communication and exchange among future inhabitants. Through such a community, the project would have much more chance for achieving commercial success that would have long lasting benefits.
